Ted Muhlhauser, lover of trails & rowing aficionado, will lead you on a fun 3-mile adventure run through the trails of Grailville complete with his favorite gear talk.

Trail Running 101

Join trail runner and leader of 7 Hills Running Club, David Hendrix, for a 3-mile trail run and learn the basics.

Join Heather Anne of Beyond Exercise for this functional fitness class. Rock your body first thing in the morning!

Roll Away To Release Muscle Tension

Join Wendy Anderson for a relaxing class and learn how to get deep into the muscle tissue with balls and foam rollers.

Lunch

We will be serving up some delicious eats from Ultramarathon Gramma, Susan Wesley, and you can enjoy music by Bob Schwartz & Preston Bell Charles III. We will close lunch with a 30 minute session with LILIAS.

Digest & Rest

Join Erin Trentel for a gentle yoga flow combined with restoration. This will be a perfect post-lunch flow!

Sound Bath Massage

Soak up the sounds of Ron Esposito’s singing bowls and enjoy a massage on a cellular level. You will leave buzzing and relaxed.
